NO COMPROMISE IN QUALITY

CPL PLYWOOD is already a well-established brand name that stands for quality, regularity of supplies and services. The company firmly believes in the philosophy of ‘NO COMPROMISE IN QUALITY’.

IMPORTS ARE FROM BURMESE GURJAN TROPICAL FOREST LOGS

All our grade of BWP plywood including marine plywood, shuttering plywood and block boards are made with Face and Core Veneers which are produced from 100% IMPORTED BURMESE GURJAN TROPICAL FOREST LOGS.

These are bonded under heat and pressure with un-extended phenol formaldehyde anesthetic resin to give boiling water proof (BWP) and further subjected to a permanent preservative treatment. In MR plywood, imported face veneer is used along with bonding of melamine and urea to give it a superior look.

All our CPL Plywood products are manufactured following ISI PROCEDURES with special emphasis on ply construction to ensure structural and mechanical properties and also have a hard surface that withstands high wear and tear and improves usability. For any other information or any other assistance please feel free to contact us. We assure you to our best co-operation and services at all times.

The plant is equipped to treat raw material with powerful chemicals at the veneering stage itself.

Basically, ‘PLYWOOD CAN BE MADE GENUINELY BORER FREE AND TROUBLE FREE’. Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) is the standard resin being used for ‘BOILING WATER PROOF AND SHUTTERING PLYWOOD’. However for MR grade, melamine and urea are being used.
